Some curious spectators! Nolan said he can't wait until he is 6 so he can wrestle! In the meantime Daddy and him can practice in the living room!!

100th Day of School

Can you believe that its already the 100th day of school? Eryn celebrated today with hats and many activities. Here is a picture of her class.

Dance + Wrestling = Busy weekend!

I am having some technical difficulties today... trying to upload video of Eryn's dance performance from last night and Keegan's wrestling tourney today. Hopefully I can get it to cooperate soon and will have the video up and running!

Eryn did a GREAT job dancing last night! She missed the dance performance last week as she was sick (later in the weekend a trip to urgent care confirmed what I had thought... strep throat!).

Yep... he can!! Derek that is, and rolling over is what he can now do!! Last night he was having "tummy time" when I looked over and he had rolled over from his tummy to his back on the left side! I was definitely NOT expecting that!! Tonight I had the video camera all ready to go just in case it wasn't a fluke... and he did it again!! I looked back in the baby books, and Eryn was 3 months and Nolan 4 months when they first rolled over. Derek is only 2 1/2 months! Just goes to show how different your kids can be!! Now... if we can just get him to sleep through the night....

It's a Blizzard!

I love Sundays that are quiet.... nothing to do, nowhere to go. On those days it gives us time to do projects. Eryn got a DQ Blizzard maker from Santa for Christmas so it was high time to try it out. Eryn wasn't so much for the cranking of the machine, but both she and Nolan enjoyed the end result!

2 months old!

Our little Derek is 2 months old today!!! He is growing and changing so fast! He LOVES to smile at anyone who will talk to him. On Tuesday he has a checkup and shots... mom is not looking forward to that!

Hackman Christmas

Yesterday we had our last Christmas celebration for the season on the Hackman side. It was good to see everyone! It' s been a year of three new babies on that side of the family (as seen in the picture below) and more to come in 2011!!
