HIIT workout #1

I've been switching up my workout routine a bit.  The elliptical and running just gets old after awhile, ya know?  This workout incorporates full body moves as well as abs so it's a good one!  Give it a try! I have a feeling I'll be coming up with more of these especially as we get into colder weather.

50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest x2=32 minute workout

skaters
side plank crunch
burpee
reverse hook crunch
squats
frogger
walking lunges (with or without weights)
temple tap abs
surfer
curtsy lunge L
single leg frogger (change legs at 25sec)
curtsy lunge R
plank leg lift
bulgarian squat L
bulgarian squat R
knee drop plank
