30 minute treadmill workout


Got up a bit late this morning. I think the past two nights of lifting and hauling furniture around the house is taking a toll on me!  Doesn't help that I stay up watching my favorite show Chicago PD!  A visit to the chiro earlier this week makes for being a bit sore this morning. At any rate here's a quick but efficient workout to start your day!  Enjoy!


2 minute warm up (I walked at 4.8)
8 minutes @ 7 mph
2 minutes @ 8mph
5 minutes @ 7mph
2 min @ 8 mph
2 minutes @ 7mph
2 minutes @ 8 m
3 min @ 7 mph
2 min@8 mph
2 min cool down (I walked at 4.8)
